Wily escaped during the previous battle with MegaMan and has been creating new robots to destroy megaman with. After what appears to be a meteor crash, MegaMan goes to investigate. When he gets there, Wily claims he can rule the world with the meteorite that fell to earth. There appears to be something else in that crash. What is it? Can Wily really rule the world with that meteorite? Can MegaMan stop Wily again? That's up to you.
